Return Policy

At Allure Co, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned for store credit under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or any signs of use.

Return Approval

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
  • If an item appears worn, damaged, altered, or is not returned in its original condition, the return will not be approved.
  • Any return that does not meet our return requirements will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Store Credit Only

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit.
  • No refunds will be provided.
  • Store credit may be used toward any future purchase at Allure Co.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories and jewelry (if applicable)
  • Any item marked as Final Sale
